Swedish Culture and Values
For the course package Swedish Culture and Vaues the SkillEd app is being used. With the micro courses you always have the knowledge within close reach. You can learn on the way to work, out in the sun or on the sofa in the evening. You choose when, how and what you want to read whenever you want.
By downloading the SkillEd app and logging in with a unique code, you can easily unlock the course package. It consists of a variety of micro courses that provide you with a broader knowledge of Swedish culture and the values that are fundamental in the Swedish society. Among other things, you will learn what it is like to be employed in Sweden, what Swedish consensus culture means and what rights and obligations you have within the EU. You also get concrete tips for learning a new language, as well as what equality in Sweden means in practice. This way you can feel more prepared and ready to start your employment in Sweden.
Each micro course contains a number of steps with texts, pictures, films and exercises which takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Practical information
You gain new knowledge and concrete tools to use in everyday life. It can aslo increase your sense of strenghts as new in Sweden. In this way, you also develop your own leadership, your opportunities to contribute to your new workplace and enjoy your time in Sweden.
The entire course package takes about 1.5 - 3 hours to complete.
